Well said.
I agree grammatical errors do take away from experiencing a book. I often wonder, whose fault is it anyway - writers'? editors'? Whose?
As for Chetan, you know my views. Too clever by half. Time for a change. Making the reader feel raw, gut-wrenching emotion through the dynamics of a relationship or excitement through a mystery (not necessarily fast-paced) requires subtlety, skill and a sense of timing. Having said that I have to admit I do ignore grammatical errors in conversations on social media but prefer a book with none or very few. Chetan might disagree to protect his own work :-) Am torn.Khoty Mathurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09706537182743683089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4960082414020218571.post-60307612890659775282015-03-24T03:00:28.022+01:002015-03-24T03:00:28.022+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Khoty Mathurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09706537182743683089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4960082414020218571.post-92129414253571168292015-03-23T03:46:45.287+01:002015-03-23T03:46:45.287+01:00shall try to read this.shall try to read this.nikhimenonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03896332142360553968noreply@blogger.com
